A Low-Complexity Detector for Uplink SCMA by Exploiting Dynamical Superior User Removal Algorithm

Sparse Code Multiple Access (SCMA) is capable of ameliorating the performance wireless communication systems for massive connectivity. The sparsity codeword allows SCMA to employ message-passing algorithm (MPA) at receiver address connection overload. detection complexity traditional MPA, on other hand, exponentially exploding with increasing number connected devices. In this paper, a low-complexity MPA scheme developed threshold and dynamical user removal (TB-RMPA) based shuffled (SMPA). By introducing concept Iterative Elimination Dominated Strategies (IEDS) in game theory, novel method assigning different dominance levels users proposed hereby, criterion discussed judge reliability decoding. Inspired by this, reliable decoding iterative process will be dynamically eliminated each iteration. numerical analysis revealed that new TB-RMPA detector’s implementation decreases significantly compared SMPA, while symbol error ratio degrades unnoticeably.
